Privacy Policy — Paylocity Clean Timesheet

Paylocity Clean Timesheet ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that provides a cleaner interface for entering time on webtime2.paylocity.com. This policy explains what data the Extension handles and how.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any data. The Extension does not transmit any information to the developer or to any third-party service.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The Extension stores the following data locally in your browser, solely to support its features:

• Job codes — labels, labor level values, and pay type IDs that you save for quick entry. Stored in your browser's localStorage on the Paylocity site.
• Reminder settings — whether the daily reminder is enabled and what time it fires. Stored in Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local).

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer.

Network Requests

The Extension only makes network requests to Paylocity's own servers (webtime2.paylocity.com) on your behalf — specifically to save your timesheet entries, the same action you would take manually. No requests are made to any other server.

Permissions Used

• storage — to save your job codes and reminder settings locally.
• alarms — to schedule your configurable daily reminder.
• notifications — to display the daily reminder notification.
• tabs — to open or focus the Paylocity tab when the reminder fires.

Third Parties

The Extension does not share any data with third parties. It has no analytics, telemetry, or advertising.

Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for use in a workplace context. It does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Extension after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
